Not only did we help Knab with the development of their online channels, we continued to facilitate Knab in their digital innovation. One of the ways we did this was by facilitating three Design Sprints. A Design Sprint is a four-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas. On the first two days, we brought together all the decision makers of Knab for a compressed process of clarifying the goals and sketching ideas. After these two days we turned their ideas into a reality by building a prototype and testing it on user groups to see if it met Knabs objectives. In four very focused days we helped Knab accomplish months worth of results.
