Generation Y is moving away from (your) company website and company apps. They are mobile oriented and spend more and more time in messenger apps. How can you – as an insurer – get in contact with this generation? The solution seems simple: to connect by offering them the possibility to communicate and deliver services via for example Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger. At Virtual Affairs, we are experimenting with chatbots to offer insurances via Facebook. A hybrid solution was developed to start a conversation on Facebook and to end the registration process in your own secure environment.
