Many banks are taking shortcuts with digital innovation – with a ‘me too’ approach, or outsourcing innovation to a digital agency. This approach will isolate the bank from the customer, leading to customer attrition. Should banks not need to take a different approach to innovation to create digital differentiation?

On the 21st of October Virtual Affairs is organizing a roundtable in Switserland: ‘Innovation in Banking: Digital as a differentiator – keep up or be unique?’ Together with VODW you will show examples and experiences of how banks react to this challenge and how they create new experiences for their customers to meet their changing and increasing expectations.
