Putting the customer first
Knab.nl was built together with customers. Ambitions and ideas were constantly adjusted with the intended target group. The (financial) situation of the customer is at the forefront of the entire user experience.
Several partners where involved in this ambitious project. The website of the bank is based on the CMS of Sitecore, which in itself is bound to the mid-office solution of Five Degrees. For the online financial planning the system of Figlo is used. Thaler, the software of Callataÿ & Wouters is deployed for the payments. Cegeka is responsible for a smooth running infrastructure.
Knab is a new bank which communicates in an open and transparent way. Knab chose to adopt a more engaging and transparent approach to customer engagement. Knab breaks with tradition by (literaly) turning it all around: Knab puts the customer’s needs before those of the bank. Bank spelt backwards, with the K of customer (in Dutch 'Klant') first.
