HelpMe, is a smartphone app that allows customers to request roadside or medical assistance whilst they are abroad. Allianz Global Assistance asked us to create a new app design that would enhance usability.
- Allianz Global Assistance customers are able to get roadside assistance within just a few clicks by using the restyled mobile app;
- By utilizing the smartphone gps, customers can send their exact location guaranteeing fast assistance.
According to Wessel Koenekoop, Marketing Manager of Allianz: “The usability of the app has increased: roadside assistance with the HelpMe app is now even easier in use”.
Native designs with clear dialogs
App users don’t have time to learn all about how an app works, it has to be clear and simple. Virtual Affairs make use of Native design, the user gets feedback right away, so all results of the action are clear. White labeling, enables the reuse for other (future) clients of Virtual Affairs.
