SharePoint introduction over 5 continents at SNV

Virtual Affairs introduced Microsoft Office SharePoint Server at SNV to enhance collaboration, and, knowledge transfer in developing countries across the 5 continents.

SNV is development organisation which supports the local establishments, in over 25 countries, with advise and consultancy. In order to be able to inform the interested parties about the world-wide organization and activities, SNV needed an intranet for further contacts between the advisers, information exchange, collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Microsoft SharePoint website and intranet

Virtual Affairs developed the interaction design and the structure of this website. MOSS 2007 is used as a Content Management System. It supports many languages in a number of countries, where each country creates and manages their content locally. The intranet is based on the same technology and support intercontinental collaboration and knowledge transfer.
