The Virtual Affairs full service project starts with user experience. We determine and visualize what the user will experience next, offering a sneak preview on our final results.
Strategy
Think before you act. When developing successful online concepts, the following questions are asked:
- User friendliness: Can the visitor easily accomplish his goals?
- Proposition: Is it clear what you offer and why it’s a great offer?
- Conversion: Will the visitor turn into a client?
- Branding: Does the brand confirm the organizational values and does this match with the experience the visitor receives?
Answers to these questions are formulated in an intensive kick-off workshop where all stakeholders are present, lead by a Virtual Affairs web strategist. Together we make it happen; determining concrete goals, target audiences, the product proposition and functionality.
Interaction design
The concept for the website will be visualized in an interaction design. This interaction design with the visual sketches, proposed content and navigational structure, provides insight in how the visitor will jump through screens while accomplishing his goal. The focus lies on functionality and content rather than visual design. In addition to user-friendliness,
conversion optimization will also form a part of this phase.
Graphic design
The graphic design isn’t about creating a good-looking website alone. Graphic design has everything to do with communication. A well designed website assures that the user understands the information offered to him and that all interaction possibilities are used effectively. Of course our designs form a seamless fit to your organizational core values and design parameters of your brand.
Clickable prototype
A clickable prototype is relatively fast to develop and offers a large share of benefits. The functionality and user-friendliness can now really be experienced and tested. In an early stage of the project the prototype can now be used for:
