Virtual Affairs developed their solution based on Microsoft CMS 2002 with support of cross- and up-sell personalization. The connection with four different (SAP) back-office systems has been taken care off. When needed Staples can use the system in several countries. In addition to realizing the platform, Virtual Affairs takes care of continuous innovation and platform maintenance and hosting.

Result: A successful e-commerce platform

For Staples we realized a successful business to business e-commerce platform. The new platform already generates 40% of the sales of graphic tools. Using this electronic support, an ideal cooperation model has been created between Staples and her clients. Supported by lower cost and improved customer satisfaction.
