Applus RTD is a knowledge-intensive organization that greatly invests in education and specialization. Modernization and qualification guarantee In order to be able to share the existing know-how, in a quickly changing environment, in a world-wide organization, Virtual Affairs implemented an Intranet based on Microsoft SharePoint.
We were responsible for:
- personalized information (time sheets and holiday schedules)
- an implementation method based on MONCE, which will grow into a real knowledge platform
Result: complete SharePoint Intranet with advanced knowledge sharing by:
- personalized information for employees, business-units and the corporate organization
- iterative development method (MONCE) with the possibility to grow into a mature digital knowledge organization
