Market leader Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland was well aware of this and asked us to help create a new customer interaction platform.
Together with Crédit Agricole, we introduced a completely new front-end platform, servicing the Findio direct label as well as their indirect label Interbank. We created an online platform with simulation tools, customer on-boarding functionality, and Sitecore based digital marketing capabilities. With this new platform, consumers can do business with Crédit Agricole anytime and anywhere.
